This is only on Episode 9.5 which was an bonus episode from the DVD version. It's about Mylene being ordered by Zero to track down an Eastern bloc cyborg called Sam due to exchanging secret information through his music for years because he and his crew deplore war and want to keep the balance for power equal.

This is the episode after Mylene was in disguise as an nurse to replace Ironheart and investigate an Eastern bloc research facility run by Dr. Green which is experimenting on mutant children while protecting them from the Eastern bloc troops, who were after them for military purposes such as execution.
