This is from the epilogue of the series where both humans and ghouls are co-existing and living together that takes place 6 years after the final battle against Furuta and the Clowns at the heart of Tokyo where the dragon kagune was unleashed by Kaneki thanks to Furuta, saying that it was Oggai's fault for the beast's awakening.

Tokyo Ghoul:re: Rescuing Hinami

This is where Kaneki rescue Hinami from being executed by the CCG for being an ghoul. During the fight at Cochlea, she and Kaneki were encountered by Nimura, who mocked them but quickly defeated by Hinami pierced his chest with her kagune as they reached Touka before they tried to escape but Kaneki stand behind to take down Arima. This is from Episode 14 (Season 2 Episode 2).
