One Piece: Kalifa

She's the only member of CP9, the group of assassins hired by the World Government to eliminate criminals for their own sense of justice. She has the Bubble-Bubble Devil Fruit power which she can make things clean and silky smooth from bubbles, its weakness is that the bubbles must be soak away by water as in producing foam from her body that "cleans" her opponent's body of any strength, weaken them.
