 Koyuki is a skilled mage specializing in divination and fortune telling.  Her wand is called 'Sphere Tom' and she makes the 'Tama-Chan's'  that sit on top.  Even though she has made many Tama-Chan's she remembers the order she made them as well as their personalities.

Koyuki is a childhood friend of Yuu who became a popular idol.  She falls in love with Yuu and becomes friends with her rival Fuuka.
