After Schneider hired Golden Ryan to replace Wild Tiger (Kotetsu) as Barnaby (Bunny)'s new partner due to Kotetsu's old age, the new duo along with the rest of the heroes encountered an trio of evil NEXTs: Richard Max, a hypersonic howler-boxer; Kasha Graham, a belly-dancer illusionist; and Priest Johnny Wong, an elderly man who puts people into nightmare comas and forced to fight them while Fire Emblem is being in a subconscious state after caught by Wong's powers which all led to Kotetsu back in action as Wild Tiger to help out along dealing with an villain named Lunatic.
