Wrestle Angel Survivor: Akiko Saito

I know I'm going to back super late tonight so I'm posting the next Wrestle Angel Survivor character in the early morning before I leave. This one's an awesome one. Here name is Akiko (Combat) Saito.

Akiko is known as the "Wandering Kareteka". Her background is very much similar to Ryu's background in Street Fighter. She's a martial artist looking to hone her skills by facing off against strong opponents. She tends to have a Stoic personality which combined with her martial arts stills puts her in the category of the Classic type of  Badass characters you're use to seeing action films and animes. :-D

After covering so many fighters who tend to wear shoes in the ring, it's nice to be able to post a barefoot (or close to it) martial arts girl. ^_^  I love when female fighters opt for foot wraps because they really give us a great view of their feet as they perform their attacks. :-) What makes Akiko even awesomer is that kicking is her specialty. She knows how to use a variety of submission moves and strikes in the game but her kicks are her most powerful attacks. Her finisher the Hienkyaku is even a combination Kick. I feel obligated to link to this cool trope of women which Akiko falls under.

Ok guys... That's all for now. I think this is the perfect post to conclude round 3 of the Wrestle Angels Survivor posts with. I still have more characters from the series to post but let's mix things up a bit. :-) Some new women and series for next week. :-D

Wrestle Angels Survivor: Riyu Kikuchi

Ok... Tonight's post is Riyu (Aeriel) Kikuchi. ^_^

(Once again a Big Thank You to Double A for all of these. ^_^)

Riyu has been present in every Wrestle Angels Survivor game since the first one. ^_^ It's understandable why she's so popular. She's the type of fighter who doesn't know the meaning of the words give up. She'll keep going even if the odds are heavily against her which gives her the reputation in the ring as the "Kamikaze Fighter". If she is losing in a battle you can bet this character is not going to throw in the towel... she's taking you down with her. ^_^; It's hard to believer a girl this cute could be so determined. :-D Because she's been in multiple games, Riyu has more than one Finishing move. She uses a DDTs, Frankensteiners and Diving Headbutts to take down her opponent. 

The headband (hachimaki) that Riyu wears (you can't see it in a lot of these pics because they focus on her swimsuit scenes) causes her to remind me of Sakura from Street Fighter. Her headband the focus of one of her private events in the games where she gets the player's character the president to buy her a new one for luck. Like a lot of these character in this series of Tributes Riyu falls under the Badass adorable category being both cute and a strong fighter. Neat!! ^_^

Wrestle Angels Survivor: Aya Enomoto

Ok...Tonight's post is a tribute Wrestle Angels Survivor's Ay Enomoto

(Once again a Huge Thank you to Double A for these. ^_^)

Aya is known as "The Spoiled Wrestler". A little bit ditsy, Aya got into wrestling because whe wanted to wear a cute oufit on TV. I guess that's as good a reason to get into the sport. Her finishing move is a hip attack. ^_^

The Wrestle Angel's Survivor trope makes a point of mentioning Aya's blush and how cute it is. ^_^ I think it does make her  look particularly adorable. ^_^
