Karakuri Circus: Shirogane

She came Japan to protect Masaru and repay the debt to Masaru's grandfather for helping her family. Her real name is Éléonore (エレオノール, Ereonōru), the daughter of Shōji and Angelina Saiga, and she was raised as an orphan in Quiberon, France, where she was callously taught how manipulate puppets. She becomes Masaru's bodyguard/caretaker and controls Harlequin, one of the most powerful puppets in the story. Note in the manga she can use her toes to control the puppet. Images are a little bit out of order but I just don’t give enough of an F today.
