Seitokai Yakuindomo: Mutsumi Mitsuba

Mutsumi is the captain of the Judo club.  She is dedicated and driven when it comes to Judo, but can be a bit oblivious when it comes to other things.  Her innocent nature often leads her to miss many on the innuendos the rest of the cast throws around.
