Yes I would like to know that too. And why she's walking around outside barefoot like that.
Season two episode four. An instant transport spell the group attempted didn't work as planned; now when they go through a doorway they randomly end up somewhere else. That's just how Sae was dressed when the spell started to work on her.
Always great to see a cute girl walking around barefoot in public! No doubt the bottoms of her feet are gonna get completely black!
