Lucy is a young civil servant and the main focus of the show. She wanted the job to find and get revenge on the person who approved her unusually long name of: Lucy Kimiko Akie Airi Shiori Rinne Yoshiho Chihoko Ayano Fumika Chitose Sanae Mikiko Ichika Yukino Reina Eri ... Yamagami. The teasing she received as child for her name gave her an inferiority complex. She is short, likes reading books, and the ahoge on her head will often reflect her mood.
