This is on the same villianess group from the second movie. Also, if you read the manga of Sailor Moon and not bring up SuperS (Season 4 of the original anime), you will know what happened to them in the end.

      Even for the absurdity of how the dynamics of hair work in anime, it looks impossible. On top of already just being plain ridiculous.
