This is from the epilogue of the anime where Historia was surprising her daughter with a birthday cake. This takes place three years after the final battle against Eren Yeager who got complete control of the Founder Titan and nearly wiped out all life on Earth with the Rumbling just to save Paradis and his friends. Sadly, this girl didn't have an name.
