Harumi is a woman that Kyoko encountered while vacationing by herself and Harumi was just visiting the place where her old boyfriend went together for the last time. Her only apperance was in episode 61 (Come After Me, Godai: Kyoko Journeys Alone) Enjoy!
Harumi is an energetic girl who literally throws herself at Takaaki. It is later revealed that she is in fact a robot named HMX-17b Milfa, making her a 'sister' of sorts to Ilfa and Silfa.
