Shinobu is a doppleliner of Keita's mother. Originally the one who was slated to die after the meeting she managed to change her fate by killing Keita's mother before she died. While this allowed her to drain the life energy of other people it seemed like she has had bad luck ever sense.
Not so much foot content on this one. I know not every female character is going to have massive foot shots.
