Soul Eater Foot Festival
This Month will be Halloween Month at the Foot Festival, only anime, cartoon, etc. that has an Halloween feel to them this month. I'll start with Soul Eater, this will be only on the female characters, despite that, same rules still apply, pick a character, entry, and why you wanted to play with her feet.

Man, Soul Eater has an incredible barefooter called Medusa, at least put some pictures, plain text is boring.
