Hidamari Sketch: The Landlady

The owner of the Hidamari Apartments is a caring but cash strapped landlady.  She is often seen working odd jobs as the apartments don't bring in enough money.  She cant afford to fix the leaky roof in Miyako's room so she rents it at a discount.  She takes an interest in her tenants lives and will occasionally give them small gifts such as a board game she won, she also like it when they give her a souvenir from their hometown.  She is a heavy smoker and is contently trying to quit.
