Yes, the other Shauna originally called Sana. This Shauna was originally named Shinobu.

Just looked it up after Keychan said there were 2 Shaunas.
Why couldn't he called the other one Shinobu?
Probably the same reason they changed their names in the first place. There were two Lilys as well, Misty's sister, and the witch girl.
Because in the English version of the game and anime her name was shauna Plus i had no clue she had another name
