Naruto: Mikoto Uchiha
Sasuke and Itachi's mother. She is also a jonin from the Uchiha clan. After marrying the head of the clan, Fugaku Uchiha, she settled down to become a housewife, raising their two sons. Just before her good friend Kushina Uzumaki gave birth to Naruto, she met up with her while walking through the streets and introduced Sasuke to her and Biwako Sarutobi. Her skills are mostly unknown other that helping out Sasuke with his shuriken training. This is from Episode 130 of the original Naruto.

Looks like Sasuke & Itachi mostly take after their mom in terms of looks.
