Harleen is a fantastic tragedy, a reimagining of ambitious young doctor Harleen Quinzel's descent to madness and her twisted romance with the Joker. Through the story we also see the seeds (heh) of her eventual relationship with Poison Ivy.
Harleen began as a series of fanart by Stjepan Sejic on DeviantArt, and it became so popular he actually was able to make it an official story under DC's Black Label. All in all, one of the best comics I've read recently. Can't wait to see this story continue in the upcoming Isely miniseries.
