El Hazard: Fatora Venus
Fatora is the younger sister of Rune Venus. Unlike her sister she is a bit of a selfish tyrant and will often harass the other women. Alielle will often be her partner in crime.
She looks like Misato's long lost sister from Neon Genesis.
