Amphibia: Sasha Waybright

Sasha Waybright, also known as 1st Lieutenant Sasha, is a supporting character and is the friend of Anne and Marcy. She formerly attended Saint James Middle School until being teleported to Amphibia three months before, along with her 2 friends. She was the First Lieutenant yet still is Captain Grime's second in command as he plans to raid Newtopia in season 2. I’m personally not a fan of her compared to Anne and Marcy. This isn’t from a particular episode this is from my Disney Channel segment called “Theme Song Takeover” where Sasha songs the theme song to Amphibia.

  1. I'm getting a bit tired of the noodle-limbs Cal-Arts-style in recent American shows. But at least this chick looks like a chick. A lot of recent female leads in shows were drawn more as boys: Owl House, Voltron, She-Ra, etc.

    1. Very true, especially with the feet looking more like bent legs

    2. Then why are you still here, Erich? Don't whine about cartoon feet.

    3. To find new foot content to post, that's why. Are you that upset?

    4. Also, why did you asked the same question, Erich?

    5. Custom, basically he's saying he hasn't been a fan of how some of the recent cartoons have their feet drawn, not cartoons in genera. He's wasn't whining, it's just a simple opinion and criticism of his.

Now THIS is an example of whining. OMG, I friggin'hate these new stupid cartoons and their whacky art style, they draw feet to save their own life! I WANT my detailed cartoon feet, dammit!😭

    6. Chris: Oh. I get that he's not into the recent cartoons but not all of them are bad.

    7. Chris: But it doesn't mean all recent cartoon feet are ugly, it's just not as good looking as older cartoons.

    8. Chris - actually, I almost wrote such a sentence.

  2. I really hope this cal-arts style ends this generation. It worked for Gravity Falls, Star Vs, and Steven Universe.

But these cartoons have no disparity now.

    1. It feels also very repetitive. Especially with the backgrounds.

    2. Atleast Gumball had the 3D backgrounds and characters

  3. I don't like these kind of drawings. I usually prefer anime feet or old cartoons.

  4. Very cool Gumball. I like a blonde. :-) She reminds a little bit of the animated version of Lizzie Mcguire from her series. ^_^

    1. I do remember Lizzie McGuire back in the day and her animated version is nice especially her feet in those platform sandals.
