She's one of the alchemists from the top brass of the Bavarian Illuminati, her name is based off of Count Alessandro di Cagliostro, an Italian magician who was supposedly part of the Illuminati. She has an swindler personality and being an liar when she was an actual man. After granting a perfect body by Saint-Germain. She told herself to never lie about her feelings again.
