She's Matsuo's co-worker who lives in the same apartment as Nagisa and can sponge off other's money that would never miss a chance to get something for free despite her profit, and ends up paying for her friend's meals.
OK. So what do you like about anime feet instead of that? For me, I do like pedicures if they are being pamper in a professional way. Not to argue with you.
