Chifusa Manyu is the main character of the anime and manga series Manyu Hiken-cho. She is a tomboyish, hot-blooded but very kind girl that is also the successor of the Manyu Clan. Not accepting the cruel ways of her Clan, Chifusa defects taking with her the Scroll of the Secrets, which contains techniques on how to enlarges breasts, and embarks in a journey through Japan accompanied by her childhood friedn Kaede.
Manyu Hiken-cho is an 12 episodes anime adaptation by Hoods Entertainment of the manga of the same name.
It started in July 2011 and use as a setting an alternate version of the Japanese historical period in which the Tokugawa Shogunate ruled the land. In this setting, breasts mean everything. Women with big breats are wealthy and famous while the ones that lack breasts are not considered humans.
The Manyu Clan is probably the most influent between the ruling families because of the possession of a Secret Scroll that helps the breasts growth. Chifusa, the successor of the Clan, run away from it taking with her the Secret Scroll, with the decision to fight to change the cruel world created by her own Clan.
