Dexter's Lab: Dee Dee
This is going to be only on two episodes: Sassy Come Home and Sho-Shoe Gnomes. Because of these episodes I remember when I was a kid for having the most foot scenes on Dee Dee. I might do more if you are OK with it. In case you don't know her, she's Dexter's older sister who had a habit on breaking and destroying things in his lab. She is extremely ditzy, simple-minded, energetic, hyperactive but caring for her brother and friends, Mee Mee and Lee Lee.

DeleteHe told me it was Ed Edd n Eddy. 2nd was the Powerpuff Girls, and 3rd was his namesake, The Amazing World of Gumball.
