Castlevania: Morana
She's one of the four Queens of Styria and the oldest member of the Council of Sisters, serving as a strategist and economist. She later worked for Carmilla as an advisor and often using serious torture to get her way with enemies, or just for the fun of it after the pain she gave to Lenore. This is from the third episode of Season 4.
