Lucia is the Mermaid Princess of the North Pacific Ocean and the Pink Pearl Voice. Lucia is upbeat and optimistic, as well as determined, but a bit clumsy. She was a bit Naïve at the start of the show and did not realize the problems going on under the waves, or the importance of protecting her pearl. She does become much more reliable as the show goes on. Lucia falls in love with a surfer she once saved as a mermaid.
