Pokémon Advanced: Caroline (Debut)
She's Norman's wife and May and Max's mother. She is both loving and supportive to her children and also serves as her family's homemaker, but she has to show Norman to make some errands like getting groceries and talking to Max whenever he done something bad. She can get frustrated from Norman's disappearances and secrecy but can get over with them as times went on like her husband helping out Nurse Joy in some Pokémon Centers. This is from the third episode, "There's No Place Like Hoenn", where Ash and Pikachu met May's family for the first time in the Petalburg City Gym.
