Once Upon a Witch's Death: Chloe

She's one of the Seven Mages, also known as the Witch of Words. Since she can't use magic at all due to the fact she's half-spirit, half-human, she created a human servant named Wendy as a double body to make sure she can use similar spells like a Mage would by using her words to activate spell casting and can act as an intermediary between humans and spirits in both worlds: magic and Earth. She got a bratty personality at times but is knowledgeable on magic despite her weaknesses. This is from Episode 7 where she met Meg at a magic festival only held every 20 years outside the human world.
