When it comes to blonde Naruto women, my heart belongs to only one character but Samui is sexy and cool as well.
Samui is Ninja from the village of the Hidden cloud. She is a great character shown to be intelligent with some nice ninja skills. She has expert swordsmanship which she combines with lightning manipulation for a really strong combination.
