She's the Colonel's wife and Charlotte's mother. She tried to save her daughter from Mr. Smiley from turning her into a Hemiteos Unit like him. After she died, however, her daughter was in fact modified into a pseudo-Hemiteos Unit by the Education Institution. Prior to Jessica's death, she studied the practical application of the Hemiteos Unit at Lighthouse No. 8 and was a test subject herself. In a video recording of the past, she recounted numerous tragic incidents that occurred in the past. She asked that the readjustment device be used to save her daughter, Charlotte. The device can only be used once; if Empress uses it, Charlotte cannot be saved. This is from Episode 9.

The Familiar of Zero: Jessica and Others

Jessica is a waitress at the Charming Fairy Inn and a cousin of Siesta.  She is more mature than Siesta and encourages her in her pursuit of Saito.

Fouquet is the secretary for the headmaster of Tristain academy as well as a famous criminal.  She is capable of producing a large earth golem.
