She's not only a Marine Vice Admiral and Commander of the G-14 Marine Base but one of the nice Vice Admirals during her time on Egghead. She has a soft spot for taking care of children as she agreed with Vegapunk's request to attach balloons to the Marine Headquarters G-14 Branch to make the Punk Hazard children feel more at ease. She does have a headstrong attitude and get annoyed by Garp for giving him some Marines and a Navy ship to rescue Koby from the Blackbeard Pirates. As both a Vice Admiral and G-14's Commander, she has the approval over all low-rank subordinates and Marines within her side. She also has this fighting style called the "Soul of Rock", which allowed her to crush strong opponents like giant enemies with her rapid-fire punches and kicks with Armament Haki on her bare hands. She can use another technique called Geppo to travel from any far distances without the need for transportation.  This is from Episode 1151 where she was shot by Bonney's Age-Age Devil Fruit, causing her to de-age into a child.

From Episodes 1134 and 1136 during her surgery to remove the Sapphire Scales off of her face so she can see the light of day since she cannot get exposed to any light outside otherwise the illness will shorten her life as it spreads around her body. So, Kuma took her to Punk Hazard to see Dr. Vegapunk after searching for a cure of her disease. The scientist offered an experimental stem cell treatment for Bonney in exchange for using Kuma as a model for powerful clone soldiers. Kuma then agreed, prioritizing Bonney's life, with the soldiers being named the Pacifista. Then later, Saturn contacted Vegapunk and rejected Kuma as the face of the clone army because of these conditions: Kuma himself must become a Warlord, a cyborg weapon, and erase his free will as a human but Vegapunk angrily refused to accept that, but Kuma ended up agreeing to that too, sacrificing himself to ensure his daughter receive life-saving treatment before her 10th birthday.
