Keiko is the neighborhood police officer introduced in season two. She seems to be a bit inexperienced as an officer.

Squid Girl: Keiko Furukawa
A policewoman that was suspicious of Ika-Musume at first, but afterward become her friend. A quick bonus because I noticed that Paganax missed this character in his previous Squid Girl tributes so I figured might as well complete the collection.
