Mahou Shoujo Nante Mouiidesukara: Chiya Sakagami
Chiya is Yuzuka Hanami"s best friend. She is very protective of yuzuka, and also quiet and seemingly mature. She has short black hair and attends the same school as yuzuka.
Good find Dean. This series looks promising.
