Naruto Shippuden: Honoka
She's a spirit of a dead researcher who attempted to seal away the ultimate summoning beast after it attacked the research lab before her death once it grown too powerful for anyone to control. Since she is an spirit, she cannot talk despite her kindness. This is from Episode 227.
