Good Night World: Sayaka (Part 2)

This is from Episode 12 during a 8-year timeskip after the VR game's (Planet's) incident with the Black Bird, an evolved virus that infects and kills both the players and their real selves once they got an internet connection to any device they used, and it brought the game to the real world along with the monsters and weaponry from it.
