Supergirl is a playable character in the Videogame Injustice 2 featuring a darker alternate reality of the DC Universe. In contrast with her cousin who becomes a Tyrant in the series, the version of Supergirl in this game is closer to how she is portrayed in comic trying to help the world. Sadly the Injustice games didn't provide any barefoot customization or alternate outfit for me to showcase here but we do get some foot scenes of her in the Injustice Comic book series...
