A Wind Named Amnesia: Sophia

She's an human alien who met Wataru during an encounter with an unmanned Police Mech Unit. She asked him to take her to New York which he agreed in order to learn more about humans after their memories were wiped from the unusual winds around the world. She later revealed that her own race is responsible for the winds that erased Earth's humanity memories.
