Rella is one of two people who formed R&R Agency. She is a wealthy and adventurous woman who also has a an enormous capacity for alcohol and loves gadgets and computers. When she and her partner were badly injured and nearly killed, she and him was founded by a Doctor who used his Personality Fusion theory to fused both her and her partner to share the same body, however at the stroke of midnight she switch places with her partner and would have to wait 24 hours for the next stroke of midnight to return back.
Shame there isn't more to see of her. Still very hot.
