As of Season 4 Marina gets a pair of magic sandals that gives her legs and feet when put on her fins and gives her stretchy powers for some reason. And yes they reuse the same transformation animation like Sailor Moon but she wiggles her toes after each one so who cares. Check out my previous post of her here.
Those are some pretty good scenes right there. Like most cartoons nowadays, they really didn't put much effort into the animation though.
