Castlevania Nocturne (Season 2): Annette
This is from the season 2 finale where she and Richter were traveling together after leaving France after their battle against the powered up Drolta and Erzsebet.
Actually, it's still Castlevania but with more diversity. Nocturne is inspired by the two games, Rondo of Blood and Symphony of the Night. Annette herself is fully white in the games. This show she's is a black woman of Haitian origin.
I honestly can't tell if this is supposed to be Castlevania or the anime-ified retelling of Roots.
