Castlevania Nocturne (Season 2): Drolta Tzuentes

She's the High Priestess of Sekhmet (the Egyptian goddess of war, vengeance and healing). Before she became an vampire herself, she was human helping out her people in the temple of Sekhmet in South Egypt such as making medicine for sick people. But after an vampire bandit slaughtered her people, she woke up and found that the body of Sekhmet had been stolen, and a vampire was feeding on the lifeless body of a worshipper. After a brief struggle against the vampire, she ended up killing it and drinking its blood, wishing to become stronger and in turn making herself a vampire, seeing this as an answer to her fervent prayers which led her to become an ancient, powerful and sadistic vampire who seeks the rise to power of the "Vampire Messiah", Countess Erzsebet Báthory. She claims to be superior to humans due to her goddesses' stats and act as Erzsebet's emissary amongst mankind and vampire and will not tolerant anyone who defies her. This is from the beginning of the second episode.
