Hey everybody, just a couple of things I wanted to run by you guys.
I've gathered a bunch of caps from X-Men Evolution that haven't been showcased here yet. Should I post character by character or make a massive megabonus with everyone in one post?
And the other thing I wanted to ask was if you think making a post to showcase some of the foot-centered artwork I've done would be in bad taste. Truth is I'm not doing too great financially, and any chance to advertize my commissions would be appreciated.
I wouldn't mind at all.
ReplyDeleteO_O Definitely recommend posting each of the characters individually. That way each character gets their own moment to shine. ^_^
ReplyDeleteI would be honored to have some of your artwork showcased here Atomic Chinchilla. If it can help encourage people to commission you that would really be a win win for everyone. ^_^
Can do, boss. :) And thank you!
Delete=D glad you reccomended seperate that way I can skip most of them and get to Rogue haha =D, still hope you do that story of her sometime
Delete:-D Heh heh...I knew you were going to go straight for the Rogue post. Yeah I'm trying to think of a good storyline for that version of her. Is there anything you want to see in it?
DeleteHaha yeah. Hmm well maybe a little cruelty she seems like she would be if you pissed her off, and stuff with socks and tights. Maybe absorbing someones ability to transform things and turning someone into insoles for her boots or her boots in general
DeleteO_O Those are hot ideas. Definitely really good suggestions.
DeleteThanks I have a lot of ideas just mediocre writing talent haha, another thing she could do is keep the person weak by absorbing some of their strength to keep them in line and obedient, she could also besides just turning a person into her insoles or boots her tights or socks as well maybe even the sole of her foot or toes themselves
DeleteHeh heh...I don't think you give yourself enough credit. Writing is 2/3 creativity. The rest is just description and a little bit of grammar so that people can understand what you're saying. I think that you have more than enough creativity to make you a successful writer. I really like all your ideas for this storyline a lot. It would be great to be tortured by Rogue like that. ^_^
DeleteI say go for character by character. It's nice when you're browse through the archives for a specific character to be able find them via a link with their name attached to it leading to their article. When it's one big post with a lot of characters you have to trawl a little.
ReplyDeleteHum ... when I've seen those 1997-98 Pirelli Commercials starring the Afro-French Athlete Marie José Perec, there's a plot:
Delete"A masterpiece of grip and safety, unveiled only at the end: the sole of Carl's foot bears the tread design of the new Pirelli P6000 tyre.
When he retired from competitive sport, in 1997, King Carl's place as Pirelli testimonial has already been taken by his female alter ego: the divine Marie-José Pérec.
The same director, Gerard de Thame, with that rubber tracksuit, and a race on feet with tyre-tread soles: now it's the queen of speed - the Olympic champion (she won gold twice in Atlanta) - running from some monstrous special effects.
The Ice Man, the Water Man, and the Lava Man chase the French athlete in a triumph of special effects that took two months to make, among the hangars of Swindon airport in England - where Pérec simulated the race - and the natural landscapes used then to create the electronic effects: the Totem Pole, a column of rock in Monument Valley, a glacier in Anchorage, Buffalo Bill Lake in Wyoming...
And this time, the soles of Marie-José's winged feet are Pirelli P5000 Drago treads."
On a sidenote, here's a wiki link to a character named Pisti, a character from Magi the same show as Morgiana is from, and just like her she's always barefoot. She may look young, but she's actually bit older than she looks, and that Greese like outfit looks cute on her.

O_O That's a great find Shadowmandude. Between Morgiana and her I really want to watch that series. Thanks very much for the tip.
DeleteIndividual is always good, especially when there's a plethora of that character. If it's only a handful of each, then a megapost would work with each character separated in the single post.
