This is where Fuuko and Andy were on a ship in Rio de Janeiro of Brazil to track down an Negator named Rip who has the Unrepair ability, which causes him to negate others' ability to heal, making any wound he inflicts fatal and the only way to undo it is for Rip to die. After learning Rip is a part of the Negator Hunters, an group of Negators who use their powers to bring chaos and destruction to the world they're in, both Andy and Fuuko move out to stop them from taking away the auctioned Negator named Chikara who got the Unmove ability.
