I only skimmed the bios for this character briefly because I am hoping to watch this anime one day so I didn't want. Sinon is the online identity of Shino Asada which she uses when playing the games Gun Gale Online and Alfheim Online which the series is set in. The character suffers from post traumatic stress disorder and uses gaming to overcome it
I don't know too much about Sinon yet but Her online avatar is really cute. I'm definitely envious of that dolphin she is riding. :-D

She's not my favorite SAO girl but at least, she's cool. She used to be afraid of guns and to overcome that phobia, she played GGO while helping Kirito to stop Death Gun.
