Lovely shots, but for a manga I'm really wishing they start to work on the plot rather than all of this filler

DeleteNot all stores seem to have that policy. No lie, I've seen women shop barefoot at Walmart a few times. Just walking around the store with no shoes for some reason.
Maybe the store Komura is at doesn't have a rule against shopping with no shoes.
I believe you, that's not surprising Psycho. They probably have that policy, but they just choose not to enforce it. Same deal at McDonald's Playplaces, written rules state socks must be worn on equipment, but they don't enforce it either, and there are kids barefoot in there all the time.
