Daughter of the venerable Kazoku family, Belial helped her childhood friend Astaroth found Kisaragi to support her, alongside Lilith, becoming head of the combat division, and gaining pyrokinesis after Lilith operated her brain multiple times. However the procedures compromised her mind and costed her memories.
