Pokémon DP (Sinnoh League Victors): Jasmine
This is from Episode 23 or Episode 180 overall in DP, "Four Roads Diverged in a Pokémon Port!" where Jasmine was training Kenny for the next Grand Festival after he lost the previous one in the first round. After losing to Flint with his Infernape in a Pokémon Battle, she returns to the Olivine Gym in Johto, stating she got a long way to go to catch with the Elite Four.
