Invincible Fight Girl: Tumble

She's Rough's partner and she specialized lower-body strength that is highly developed dexterity in the feet to use them in place of hands unlike Rough who uses upper-body strength which is the arms. This is from Episode 6 where she and her rival, Rough, were fighting each other after they lost to Quesa Poblana in a wrestling champion match years ago and because of that, the two of them tried to find a way to learn the Perfect Strike the take down Poblana in a rematch.

      Don't think so. I heard that this show was being developed since 2016 and it was meant to air on Cartoon Network but ended up on Adult Swim.

      So nanoka~ The creator conceptualized it as far back as 2016 and pitched a short to CN in 2020.
      It's not exactly an adult cartoon either but, like most modern cartoons, very anime-inspired(just a MHA/Kinnikuman with Americans).
