A Certain Scientific Railgun: Frenda Seivelun plus ITEM

Frenda Seivelun is a case study in duality; airheaded but cunning, sanguinary and friendly, loves explosives and close combat fighting.  She's a member of a mercenary group called ITEM.  

The other three major members of ITEM includes Mugino Shizuri, a.k.a meltdowner, a level 5 esper with long reddish brown hair.  She briefly considered Frenda to be an accessory.  

Takitsubo Rikou, a level 4 esper with the ability to track any esper she comes in contact with.  It's thought that if she reaches level 5 she could give, adjust the power level of, or even take away any esper ability.  Takisubo has dark shoulder length hair, and likes to float like a corpse when swimming.  

And Kinuhata Saiai a level 4 esper who can control Nitrogen.  She has short brown hair.
